Intergenerational Connector
Currently Headmistress of Booma Primary School, Samalie is responsible for bridging the gap between different age groups within the Fliptown DAO community, fostering collaboration and knowledge transfer between younger and older generations. Samalie promotes initiatives that ensure intergenerational equity and shared leadership.
Kyateesa Samuel
Grassroots Catalyst
With his extensive background in mobilization of the talented Ghetto community youths, he is deeply connected to the on-the-ground initiatives in Fliptown communities, Mubende. He works directly with local communities to identify needs, collect project proposals, and ensure that DAO resources are effectively deployed and aligned with community priorities. Samuel also plays a key role in gathering and sharing the accountability updates.
Kwesiga Martin
Transparency Guardian
Operates within a paradigm of radical transparency inspired and enabled by blockchain technologies. His responsibilities extend beyond simply producing reports; he is the champion of making information readily accessible and understandable to everyone – community members, donors, and the wider public. This involves Blockchain Stewardship, Real-time Accountability Management, Financial Reporting and Sense-Making, Facilitating Audits and Monitoring for Anomalies.
Muhangi Humphry
Partnership Weaver
Currently a regenerative farmer and entrepreneur, retired with 35 years of experience working with regional and international NGOs, Humphry is responsible for identifying and cultivating relationships with external entities like traditional donors (foundations, international aid organizations), other NGOs with complementary missions, local businesses, government agencies, and even Web3-native organizations.
Kazoora Moses
Community Cultivator
Kazoora focuses on fostering a strong, inclusive, and engaged Fliptown DAO community. he is responsible for onboarding new members, mediating discussions, organizing community events (both online and potentially offline in some places), and ensuring a positive and collaborative environment. Kazoora champions the Ubuntu philosophy within the DAO.
